Volunteers

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Hamel Rodeo. We have no paid staff in order to maximize the financial benefit to the local non-profits who produce the event. If you would like to become one of the many volunteers it takes to put on Minnesota's Largest Pro Rodeo we would love to hear from you. Simply fill out the information below and we will contact you about areas we are in need of volunteers.

Our event starts the Thursday after the 4th of July every year and runs Thursday through Sunday. We have 5 performances throughout the weekend and the rodeo is held at the Corcoran Lions Park. We lease the park from the Lions so set-up begins approximately a week before the first performance and tear down takes place the following week after the rodeo. Families and/or groups are welcome to volunteer together.

The Hamel Rodeo was established in 1981 and to date has distributed more than $3,000,000 in cash to local non-profits. Come join us and celebrate in the success of building a better community while entertaining the thousands of loyal fans we have!
